AGE Limit
You agree that you are the age of 18 or
older.
Number of
Accounts
You agree to only create 1 account
per email address. You must use separate email addresses to add
additional accounts in your name.
Joining from yourself:
You may have up to four accounts in any matrix only if they are your original
account and 1, 2 and/or 3 of your first row positions in the 3X2
matrix. If you purchase an additional position that would
put you in your second row, that money will be refunded and your
original account and all additional accounts will be deleted and all
earnings or potential earnings lost.
Alternatively, you may have as many accounts as you wish to create,
if you are not joining from yourself and if these additional
accounts are joined from someone outside your original matrix.
Example: You may not join from someone in your first row in your
original matrix to fill your second row. (This provision was added
to accommodate those people who are joining 2SilverEagles for a
second time through a feeder program.)
Moving Positions in a Matrix (Sponsorship Protocol)
Once your account is activated it cannot be moved and sponsorship
cannot be changed. Please be sure you are seeing the name of your
sponsor on the sign up form before you submit your information. If
no sponsor is listed for you in the database, we will send you an
email asking you for sponsorship information. If you do not reply to
that email within 24 hours we will activate your account with a
random sponsor.
Emails
By joining
2SilverEagles YOU
AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS UP TO EVERY 24HRS FROM admin@2silvereagles.com. Please
add this email address to your address book and mark all emails from admin@2silvereagles.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, commission info etc. Again,
these emails may be for updates, account issues, promotions
or anything that 2SilverEagles needs to relay to all members.
Please do not join with a yahoo, hotmail or aol email address.
You will not receive emails from us if you use these email clients.
Gmail is the best email address to use for business purposes online.
Your email address will be available to your direct
referrer (sponsor). If your referrer spams you with the use of your email address, please
report it to us and his or her account will be deleted. (See Spam Policy, below)
No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails
are allowed
If your
email address bounces or sends back 2SilverEagles a message from an autoresponder,
you risk having your account deleted. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be
lost if your account is deleted.
Liability
2SilverEagles is an
information marketing tool used
to help it's members on the Internet. 2SilverEagles does not make any promises written or implied as to the
amount of money that can be made from 2SilverEagles. It is your responsibility to make sure your
payment email address and/or physical address is correct. Commission payments made to the
wrong account because of incorrectly entered payment information is your
responsibility. Silver Eagles sent to the wrong physical address
because of incorrectly entered address information is your
responsibility.
Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision
of 2SilverEagles. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any
policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not
hold 2SilverEagles liable for any items or policies within this program.
Refunds
No refunds are
allowed. Make sure you understand what you are paying for before you
pay. By joining and paying for any paid portion of 2SilverEagles, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page,
including supporting information listed on subsequent pages, listed
below.
Referral Requirements
You must have at least one personal referral when you cycle to
receive commissions for that cycle. This is required by law.
Account Settlements
You must CLAIM your commissions
when you cycle. You will receive an email from 2SilverEagles.com
when you cycle. It will be your responsibility to respond to that
email with the type of settlement you wish to receive, either coins
or cash. You will also be required to send us the name of your
personal referral to prove legal eligibility of your claim. Please be sure you are receiving all emails from
2SilverEagles.com. This could be a very costly email to miss.
Due to the ever fluctuating costs of silver eagles, your
claim must be made within the 7 day period following your cycle. Failure to make
this claim will result in a forfeit of current commissions.
Your claim must be in the form of a reply to the original
cycle email that you receive from us when you cycle. The date you received that
original email must be intact in your reply. Do not send a new email or a
support ticket. Reply to the email you receive alerting you of your cycle.
All accounts are settled on Monday. If you claim your
earnings during the week
you will receive your additional banner ad impressions on the
following Monday. Coins are shipped out on Monday. Cash is
distributed on Monday. Your automatic
re-entry into the matrix is automatic. It will happen on the day you
cycle. Automatic re-entry is never forfeited since it is automatic
and no claim is necessary.
SPAM
2SilverEagles has a
zero tolerance for spam. Anyone
caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to
civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to
include the 2SilverEagles name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to
your own "double-optin" subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad
exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other
legitimate forms of advertising.
The following are grounds for termination of
your account:
To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is
not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include
promotions for 2SilverEagles in emails.
To
falsify user information provided to 2SilverEagles or to other users of
the service in connection with 2SilverEagles, or any of it's
other sites.
To use the 2SilverEagles name and URL via bought commercial
bulk email lists is prohibited.
If someone spams you, you cannot retaliate by send them information about
2SilverEagles. It is still spam no matter who started it.
Do NOT to promote your promotion page or any other
2SilverEagle advertising materials using blasters or
to purchased leads - Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of
users.
2SilverEagles considers the above practices to constitute
abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or
postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited
by 2SilverEaglesterms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of
these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be
construed to limit 2SilverEagles actions or remedies in any way with
respect to any of the foregoing activities.
2SilverEagles reserves the right to take any and all additional actions
it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without
limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying
offenders and removing them from the program.
In addition, 2SilverEagles reserves at all times
all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law
or in equity.
We use IP
tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement
will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and
criminal prosecution.
We
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these
rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
Catastrophic Events
We have no way of predicting future events. If something catastrophic
occurs that leaves 2SilverEagles without electricity and/or internet access for
an extended period of time, (months or years), this website may cease to exist.
If that happens, we will not be able to send out coins or pay out commissions.
This will be out of our control. We will lose everything and therefore so will
you.
We are not saying 'if we fail to pay our bills'. We are saying 'if electricity
or internet access are not available to us due to some outside source or an act
of God'. We are living in unstable times. No one knows what the future
holds for the world or the United States. We will not be held responsible if our
access to the internet or use of electricity is taken from us. Chances are, if
we lose these resources you will too.
By becoming a member of 2SilverEagles, you agree to all of the above
terms and conditions.
